We are a fast-paced, customer-focused office looking for a dedicated Staff Assistant who is licensed in Property & Casualty in the state of New Jersey. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can think on their feet, handle multiple responsibilities at once, and deliver exceptional service to customers from start to finish.

We are a fast-paced, customer-focused office looking for a dedicated Staff Assistant who is licensed in Property & Casualty in the state of New Jersey. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can think on their feet, handle multiple responsibilities at once, and deliver exceptional service to customers from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route phone calls professionally
- Process customer's requests in a timely manner per office guidelines
- Provide end-to-end customer support and resolve inquiries promptly
- Perform accurate data entry and prepare office/customer's documents
- Meet assigned performance and service goals
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Must have an active New Jersey Property & Casualty license
- Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to think quickly and deliver complete customer solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- CRM Systems knowledge will put you at the top of the list
- Bilingual a plus
- Proficient with computers and office software
- Must be able to commute to Glen Rock, NJ
